Jayne has been practicing yoga for over 20yrs, and has always wanted to become an instructor. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in June 2018 and went on to complete Restorative yoga and a Yoga for All training. Jayne is passionate about the benefits of yoga, and how it has helped her over the years. She loves to share what she has learned about bringing her life into balance, feeling more at peace and learning to listen to her body when it needs to rest and restore.
