Annie first discovered yoga in 2011, when her mom took her to her very first yoga class. She continued to dabble with yoga as she discovered the benefits each time she came to her mat. She has completed 600 hours of training, including Flow training, through Moksha International.
Annie is an Early Childhood Educator with the HWDSB and works with children who live in the inner city. Bringing movement, mindfulness and breath awareness to the lives of her students at school has been an extremely important part of her journey with teaching.
She has a passion for building connections with others, and sharing her joy of movement and health with those around her.
