Slow Flow Yoga

A less intense approach to vinyasa flow, with opportunities to modify for more or less strength & energy. Instruction is geared towards a gentle to moderate practice.  An unhurried, downtempo combination of engagement, movement, and rest.  Appropriate for all levels.



A gentle and nurturing practice that uses props such as bolsters and blankets to fully support the body in restful poses, allowing it to open slowly and naturally with no effort. Concentration is on the breath, allowing for a deep introspective class which restores energy to the body and calmness to the mind.  This practice is greatly beneficial for everyone, but can be particularly healing for chronic stress, anxiety, fatigue,  and muscular tension.  Appropriate for all levels.

Yoga Pump

Yoga Pump is a 60 minute strength based class that is both energizing and challenging. Done with small weights, and instructed to music, you will move through a sequence that challenges your cardiovascular system, endurance and builds strength in all areas of the body. Although this class is both challenging and dynamic, it is accessible to all who are looking for a challenge, as well as diversity in their yoga practice and workout regime.

Hatha Flow

Move with breath through a balanced combination of sustained traditional yoga poses, designed to stretch and strengthen, as well as poses flowing in a mindful progression and mellow pace from one to another, with minimal rest in between. Appropriate for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow

During this dynamic class, practitioners move from one sequence of hatha poses to the next by performing vinyasa flows, while maintaining steady breath and cultivating a flowing, meditative practice.  All levels are welcome, however some previous yoga practice is recommended.



In our active, fast paced lifestyles, one of the most difficult things to do is to stop and sit still. The practice of Yin Yoga trains us in the habit of slowing down, paying attention and listening to our body, our mind, and to our breath. Yin goes hand in hand with the practice of mindfulness and helps to fine-tune the various skills that bring us back to the here and now.  Yin emphasizes deep, grounded, passive stretches maintained for longer periods of time (3-5 minutes) - great for increasing flexibility as we aim to soften the connective tissue surrounding our joints. Some consider Yin to be the other half of a well rounded yoga practice.  Appropriate for all levels.


Yang Yin

The first half of practice will invigorate the body in flowing yang style movement, incorporating sun salutations and standing postures to build heat, energy & strength.   The Yin part of the class slows the pace down and moves the body into grounded yin postures - longer held deep stretches focused on the hips & low back, aiming to soften the connective tissue and calm the mind.  Appropriate for all levels.

Stretch & Restore

This gentle class focuses on engaging the muscles to find deep stretches in the body. Working from the floor we will move you through a gentle and accessible sequence to open all areas of the body where you may be holding tension. Props will be used to help deepen your practice. This class is a great way to relax and unwind before bed. Appropriate for all levels, often instructed in candlelight and to music.


Meditation Class

A guided meditation that can be done seated or reclining on your yoga mat. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. You will be provided with relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques.   Beginners to practising meditators will benefit from this class.



Private yoga instruction has many benefits. We will focus on individual needs, with gentle hands on instruction. Learn proper alignment for your specific body type, address injuries or life changes (pregnancy or menopause for example) and deepen your understanding of yogic breathing, yoga philosophy and meditation techniques.
